Monty Iceman

The year 2002 marks Monty's largest year of production in his 14-year career as a consistently top-producing real estate broker servicing both the San Fernando Valley and the west side of Los Angeles.  Monty is also known internationally for his high-profile clients and celebrity-owned properties throughout Los Angeles.   In the first half of 2002 Monty has been responsible for over 43 million dollars in production for Prudential John Aaroe Realty.

Monty has also been honored with the prestigious Platinum Chairman’s Circle Award, which is presented to the top 1% of Prudential Realty brokers nationwide.

Monty is a unique type of real estate broker - he enjoys working with first-time buyers. Many agents would rather only list and sell homes, because working with buyers requires more time and effort. But Monty doesn't consider this work. The rewards he gets from helping people find that perfect Southern California home - which they thought they might not be able to afford in the first place - are worth every minute of the time that he can spend.

Although he is fond of first-time buyers, Monty does have a diverse clientele.  He has represented many celebrities, and he has had homes featured in  Dream Homes magazine, People magazine, and has been interviewed  on NBC television on their Extra program.

Monty resides in Encino, California and has his office at the Encino location of Prudential California Realty - John Aaroe Division.

  Linda Abbott

Linda Abbott has been an active member of the Board of Realtors since 1984.  She uses her great energy, professionalism and focus with her team of outstanding lenders, escrow and title companies and support staff to make her transactions go smoothly with the highest level of attention and service.  Although product knowledge is absolutely essential to success, Linda is equally emphatic that customer service is everything.

 In addition to client service, Linda believes it necessary to maintain a constant level of communication with every Prudential California Realty office and all top agents in the area to network and ensure maximum activity and interest in the properties she represents.

 Linda began her professional career in 1970 as a contract negotiator for MCA.  She used her background in contract law to begin her career in real estate 18 years ago.  Her excitement and enthusiasm for her new career working at King Realty in Sherman Oaks was recognized with the “Rookie of the Year” award.  She has continued to earn many more awards for top production throughout her career.  In recent years she moved to Prudential California Realty during the major real estate shuffle which included many consolidations and mergers of smaller offices.

 Linda currently resides in Encino Towers.  The very same one-level, luxury condominiums that she originally marketed for King Realty.  Since that time, she has achieved a very high level of expertise in her field and has continued to successfully market and sell condominiums throughout the Valley.
